terms of service !
golden rule:ㅤI have the right to decline any project, at any time, for any reason.

payments & refunds
an invoice through paypal will be sent with the full price. all payments in USD.i will not start until i have received at least 50% of the agreed upon price.full refunds are not available unless i haven't started your project. 50% will be refunded if we decide to discontinue the project before i am halfway through the process.charge-backs will result in the client being publicly blacklisted.

credit is required (@rystalica) in every platform where the model is used!
workflow & process
rigging takes me around 1 - 2 months to complete, while stream design takes me around 2 - 3 weeks. timeframes change depending on the amount of content needed.up to 3 revisions upon presenting the completed model to the client are free, anything past that will be charged as an additional fee of +5%.once it's fully complete and approved, the vtube studio / overlay files will be provided to you.for rigging, your model's psd needs to be live2d ready. as for masks or tweaks needed, I'm mostly capable to doing edits myself.however, anything too complex may need cooperation from the original artist!

go to my ko-fi, send the amount you owe me, and leave as a note "thanks for the art." that's it. that's all. we don't mention what commission it is. we don't advertise. i will send the files either over discord or over IMs somewhere using imgur. * * i wish i could comfortably use invoices but i don't want to risk anything with paypal.
spicy skeb
a sketched, black & white spicy illustration. original character or fanart ok. obviously it has to be of age characters.
clients are given: a rough sketch/concept, and the finished piece after payment.
do: use it for your phone, avatar, wallpaper, banner! make graphics with it! have fun! credit linking back to this ko-fi!
do not: use it commercially! i have a separate commercial usage commission fee. copy, trace, sell, distribute with commercial uses. gatekeeping artists is no good, so do not refuse to credit me.
once you send the payment, i will start to work on a rough sketch to show the concept. during the beginning sketch phase is when changes are comments need to be made. if you don't tell me an expectation you have upfront and i fail to meet it at the end, that is ultimately on you as the buyer.
you have up to 5 free alterations during the initial sketch phase. any changes after will have a $5 fee.
$60 (base), +$40 per character
payment will be made directly through ko-fi, not individually through my paypal.
as stated previously, you will receive one rough sketch before the finished product. please communicate all changes or anything you want shown during this phase.
art is a process and i am eternally learning. while i may find inspiration to finish one piece in a day, another may take me a few days. please don't rush me, and please understand that artistic inspiration can be fleeting.
commercial usage fees should be discussed in private, as these prices do not reflect commercial use.
refunds are only possible during the initial sketching phases. if i make it to the more refined sketch phase, you will not be refunded. likewise, even if you decide you are unhappy with a piece, you will not be refunded. if a client attempts a chargeback through paypal, it will be disputed and you will be blacklisted.

by commissioning me and purchasing my services you automatically agree that i reserve the right to cancel and refund a commission at any given time according to my t.o.s., retain all copyrights over my artwork, that i will not claim the intellectual property of the commissioned piece or resell it for commercial purposes, and that it may be featured in my portfolio..by accepting your payment, i automatically agree that you may upload the finished artwork to any website as long as you credit me and link it back to me, may ask for alterations at any point during the drawing process, may use the finished artwork as you please for personal use, be it with desktop wallpapers, layouts, icons, signatures, etc, that you retain the rights to the ip.
